Filling the Gap, Building the Future

Following the closure of Berwick’s only hospital in 2022, this new healthcare hub will be opening near the now-closed facility in the office space originally belonging to Hall and Riley Comprehensive Healthcare, LLC. Owners of this practice, Michelle Berry Hall, RN, CRNP and Dallas Riley, RN, CRNP have joined the Gloria Gates CARE team alongside healthcare advocate Bette Gray. This decision emphasizes Gloria Gates CARE’s commitment to filling the healthcare gap in the community and supporting residents’ needs.

While Gloria Gates CARE is not a hospital, the Berwick location will offer a variety of high-level services designed to minimize the need for residents to travel elsewhere for screenings and tests. This one-stop destination will provide residents with a wide range of essential services including:

Revolutionizing Medicaid CARE in Berwick

Opening its doors on June 17^th, 2024, the Berwick hub will bring a revolutionized way of Medicaid CARE to the community. The Enhanced Primary CARE Center goes beyond traditional healthcare to provide members with compassionate, whole-person CARE – aiming to empower the Berwick community to take charge of their health. Each member will be assigned their own personal CARE Advocate who will assist them in building a personalized medical plan to help improve their health and well-being.

Gloria Gates CARE understands the importance of continuity and trust in healthcare and has added nurse practitioners and health advocates from the local Berwick area to the Gloria Gates CARE team. These valued team members will ensure that Berwick residents receive CARE from familiar faces in the community, fostering a sense of comfort within the hub.
