Gloria Gates Care’s Notices of Privacy Practices are separate documents that describe how the “Protected Health Information” about our patients’ and members’ protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) as well as other federal and Pennsylvania laws, rules and regulations may be used and disclosed by Gloria Gates Care.
