Building on the success of our first location, the Enhanced Primary CARE Center in Altoona, Pennsylvania, Gloria Gates CARE is committed to bringing its innovative approach to healthcare to more communities. The expansion into Tyrone will help make quality healthcare more accessible to Medicaid beneficiaries and the uninsured, improving the health outcomes for patients and their families throughout the region. 

Committed to continuity and trust in healthcare, two long-time area practitioners, Dawn McMahon and Jamie Plowman have joined the Gloria Gates CARE team as part of the new Tyrone facility. Their expertise and commitment to patient CARE will be an invaluable asset to the Tyrone clinic.

Additionally, Gloria Gates CARE members are assigned a dedicated CARE Advocate who is there to help members navigate their healthcare journey and connect them with essential services like housing and transportation.
